Dental Implants

Restore Your Smile. Tailored to You.

Missing teeth affect more than just your smile — they impact how you chew, speak, and feel about yourself. At Hoyos & Pinto Dentistry, we believe every patient deserves a solution that fits their unique situation. That's why we offer a full range of implant options, from single-tooth replacements to full-arch restorations, each carefully matched to your dental health, bone structure, and personal goals.

Dental implants are titanium posts placed directly into the jawbone, acting as artificial tooth roots. Because they fuse with the bone over time, implants provide a stable, permanent foundation for replacement teeth — without affecting neighboring teeth or requiring adhesives. With proper care, implants can last a lifetime.

Partial Implants — Single Teeth & Small Bridges

Single Implant Crown

If you're missing one tooth, a single implant crown is often the ideal solution. Unlike a traditional bridge — which requires grinding down adjacent healthy teeth for support — a single implant stands completely on its own. A titanium implant is placed in the space left by the missing tooth, and once it integrates with your jawbone, a custom-designed crown is attached on top.

The result looks, feels, and functions just like a natural tooth. You brush and floss it normally, and no one around you will know the difference.

A single implant crown may be right for you if:

  • You are missing one tooth due to decay, fracture, or trauma
  • Your surrounding teeth are healthy and you don't want them altered
  • You have adequate bone volume to support an implant
  • You want a long-term, low-maintenance solution

Implant-Supported Bridge

When several adjacent teeth are missing, an implant-supported bridge can restore the entire area without replacing every tooth with its own implant. Instead, two strategically placed implants anchor a bridge that spans the gap, replacing two to four teeth at once.

This option is significantly more stable than a traditional tooth-supported bridge, because the implants go directly into the bone — there's no reliance on neighboring teeth for support. The bridge is fixed in place and does not come in and out.

An implant-supported bridge may be right for you if:

  • You are missing two or more adjacent teeth
  • You want a fixed solution that doesn't require an implant for every missing tooth
  • Your surrounding teeth are healthy
  • You have sufficient bone in the area to support implants

Full Arch Implants — Replacing All Teeth

When most or all of the teeth in an arch are missing or failing, full-arch implant solutions offer a permanent, fixed replacement for every tooth — all supported by just four to six implants. At Hoyos & Pinto Dentistry, we offer two distinct full-arch options: AO4 and ZB6. The right choice depends on your bone volume, your anatomy, and the final result you're looking for.

ZB6 — Full Arch Zirconia Bridge

ZB6 is our premium full-arch implant option for patients with good bone volume who want the most natural-looking result possible. Six implants support a full zirconia bridge — a solid, tooth-colored restoration that mimics the exact appearance of natural teeth with no pink gum component. There's no artificial gum tissue involved; instead, the bridge sits right at the gumline, just like your natural teeth would.

Because ZB6 requires less bone reduction during placement and uses zirconia — the strongest dental ceramic available — it offers exceptional durability and an incredibly lifelike aesthetic. For patients who are good candidates, ZB6 represents the closest thing to having your natural teeth back.

ZB6 may be right for you if:

  • You are missing most or all teeth in an arch but have good bone volume
  • You want the most natural-looking result with no visible pink gum
  • You value a strong, durable, all-zirconia restoration
  • You want minimal bone reduction during the procedure

AO4 — Full Arch Implant with Natural Gum Restoration

AO4 is our full-arch implant option for patients who have experienced some bone loss or gum recession — which is very common in people who have been missing teeth for a period of time. Using four strategically placed implants, AO4 supports a fixed prosthesis that replaces your entire arch of teeth, including a pink acrylic section that recreates the appearance of natural gum tissue.
The pink gum component isn't just cosmetic — it's functional. It fills in the space left by missing bone and tissue, providing lip and facial support that contributes to a natural, youthful appearance. The prosthesis is fixed and does not come in and out like a denture.

AO4 may be right for you if:

  • You are missing most or all teeth in an arch
  • You have experienced some bone or gum tissue loss
  • You want a fixed, stable solution that functions like natural teeth
  • You want improved facial support and a full smile

Why Treatment Selection Matters

One of the most important things we do at Hoyos & Pinto Dentistry is take the time to understand your full dental picture before recommending any implant treatment. Not every solution is right for every patient — and choosing the wrong option can lead to complications, dissatisfaction, or the need for additional procedures down the road.

During your consultation, we evaluate:

  • The number and location of missing teeth
  • The health and volume of your existing bone
  • The condition of any remaining teeth
  • Your bite and jaw function
  • Your aesthetic goals and lifestyle

This thorough evaluation allows us to recommend the solution that will serve you best — not just today, but for years to come. Whether you need a single implant crown or a full ZB6 zirconia arch, you can trust that our recommendation is based on what's truly right for you.
